Instant Oats

Instant oats are a nutritious food option for your baby as they are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They provide essential nutrients that support babies’ health, growth, digestion, and energy. You can start giving instant oats around 6 months old when they begin eating solids.

How to Prepare:

1. Take 1-2 spoonfuls of oats in a clean bowl.
2. Add warm water, milk, or formula.
3. Stir and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
4. Mix in fruit purée or dal for flavor.

Suitable Age: Ideal for babies 6 months and older.

Ingredients: 100% Natural Oats

Storage: Keep in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place. Use within 30 days after opening.
