We want every parent to be happy with what they receive. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if a product arrives damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered.

How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We may ask for a photo of the product to help us resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid by Cash on Delivery. Refunds are typically issued once the returned item is received and checked.

Order Cancellation

You can request to cancel an order before it's shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.
